The Prosecutor of Primorsky Krai Sergey Beschasny suggested deputies of the regional Parliament to feed on 182 rubles a day, as do the orphans in the orphanages of the region. According to the head of the regional Supervisory authority, the diet of juvenile orphanages do not conform to established norms, the volume of meals she prepares are underestimated, the necessary products have disappeared from the daily menu due to lack of funding.
Although July every child from the budget allocated is not 157 rubles, as before, and 182 of the ruble to food, the Prosecutor noted that a full Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner and second dinner can’t cost 45 rubles. In such a diet does not include meat, milk, cheese and fruit, he said. Beschasny suggested deputies to revise the draft budget and to sit on such a diet.
The publication notes that by 1 January 2018 officials of Primorye intend to increase funding for the supply of orphans to 210 rubles. The norm — 271 ruble — this figure should come only in 2019.
