The Moscow interregional investigative management on transport (MSUT) the Investigative Committee of Russia brought criminal case upon collision of the bus with a train in the Vladimir region. About it “lente.ru” has informed the representative of MMSET Elena Markovskaya.
She noted that the case was initiated under part 3 of article 263 UK (“Violation of safety rules of movement and operation railway, air, Maritime and inland water transport”).
Earlier, a source in the headquarters of the investigation said “the Tape.ru” that the scene found 15 dead bodies and five others were taken to hospital, three of them are in the intensive care unit.
