Putin accepted the resignation of the Governor of Krasnoyarsk region Tolokonsky
The acting of the region appointed the Chairman of the regional legislative Assembly Alexander USS.
Moscow. September 29. INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on early termination of powers of the head of the Krasnoyarsk territory Viktor Tolokonsky, was appointed acting Governor Alexander USS, the press service of the Kremlin.
It is noted that the head of state accepted the resignation Tolokonsky on their own.
“To appoint the USS Alexander Viktorovich acting Governor of the Krasnoyarsk territory before the entry into office of a person elected the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk territory”, — stated in the message.
This decree shall enter into force from the day of its signing.
On September 27, Vice-speaker of legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk region Alexey Kleshko reported that Tolokonsky intends to resign.
According to klesko, Tolokonsky said that “he leaves and even leaves”.
Tolokonsky has held the post of Governor of Krasnoyarsk September 26, 2014. Prior to this, on 12 may 2014, he was appointed acting Governor and in the September elections voted for 63.3% of voters.
Alexander USS
Alexander USS was born on 3 November 1954 in Krasnoyarsk region. He graduated from the Krasnoyarsk state University, is a doctor of legal Sciences, Professor. In 1990-e years worked as the head of the legal Department and Deputy Governor of the Krasnoyarsk region, he was a Deputy of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
Since 1998-Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnoyarsk region.
In 2002, the USS participated in the elections of Governor of the region, but in the second round lost the election, Alexander Khloponin.
