A single day of voting, held in Russia on 10 September, showed that systemic violations of the election at the regional level was an order of magnitude less than recorded during previous campaigns. “Systemic violations of the election at the regional level was an order of magnitude less,” he said, referring to the monitoring conducted by the experts on election day.
Grigoriev said that the experts received information about various violations at the municipal level. “But they were local-level action, the specific candidates,” — said the member of the OP.
Only 10 of the September voting was held in 82 of the 85 regions of Russia. In 16 subjects chose the heads of the regions, six elected regional parliaments. This day was appointed and by-elections of deputies of the state Duma of the seventh convocation in single-member districts two — Kingisepp (Leningrad region) and Bryansk.
