Russia and the United States seek the extradition of the accused in the hacking Russian
The Prague Prosecutor’s office needs to consider both requests and route them then to the city court of the capital of the Czech Republic.
PRAGUE, November 23. /TASS/. Prague has received requests from the United States and the Russian Federation on the extradition of the detainee in the Czech Republic of Russian Evgeny Nikulin. “We have received both documents are actually at the same time,” — said on Wednesday, TASS press-Secretary of the Ministry of justice of the Czech Republic Teresa Shabalova.

“The requests were received. Both States sought the extradition of Eugene Nikulina, she said. — The Ministry of justice will consider these documents. Today or tomorrow they will be directed to office of public Prosecutor of Prague”.
The Prague Prosecutor’s office needs to consider both requests and route them then to the city court of the capital of the Czech Republic. The decision on granting will be made by the courts. It does not exclude the possibility of participation in the decision of the Minister of justice of the Republic.
Eugene Nikulin was detained on 5 October in Prague. California court accuses him of committing a cyber-attack on the US goals.
