Russian TV channel TV-3, is going to show on the air rap battle of Oxymoron and Dizaster, published on his page “Vkontakte” a statement which explained why the couldn’t do it.
“The channel for a long time negotiated with the organizer about buying the rights to broadcast. The result of the negotiations was reaching agreement on all terms of the broadcast. With the consent of the canadian company, the channel has started announcing the upcoming essential event,” — stated in the message.
“Even more unexpected was the sudden, without explanation, changing the canadian company of its decision and the termination of the transaction”, — stated in the TV-3.
The broadcaster also said that they have lost time and essential resource, and also failed their viewers. “We believe that this behavior is unacceptable in business. So we want to this situation has been assessed not only by channel but also by the judicial authorities. In Russia, the losses caused by the dishonest conduct of the negotiations are subject to compensation,” — said in a statement.
The fight took place in Los Angeles on Monday, October 16, at the site of King Of The Dot. It lasted about an hour. The organizers said that the video of the fight with Russian subtitles will appear in the network during the day.
