“Mini-centres opened on the basis of existing social service agencies. They are all equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment. It is very important that classes are conducted not only with children but also their parents. Experts explain adults how to raise a child with disabilities,” — said the first Deputy Chairman of the Moscow area Olga Zabralova.
