After the death Maryanov opened a criminal case
MOSCOW, 16 Oct — RIA Novosti. Investigators opened a criminal case after the death of the actor Dmitry Marjanov, reported on the Agency’s website.
The investigators will evaluate the efficiency of providing 47-year-old actor medical care. Maryanov, died Sunday, presumably because the loose clot.
The case was opened under part two of article 109 of the criminal code “Causing death by negligence due to improper performance of their professional duties.”
As told friends of the actor, Maryanov lost consciousness at the cottage in the suburbs. He called an ambulance, which never came due to “technical reasons”. The actor took a private car to the hospital, but doctors were powerless.
Media reported that the ambulance arrived on a call to Marianowo, the Ministry checks the data. While in Moscow the Ministry of health said that the emergency call Marianowo cancelled four minutes after the call.
