MOSCOW, 10 Oct — RIA Novosti. Russian frontline su-24 bomber crashed during takeoff from the airfield Hamim in Syria, said the defense Ministry.
The crew managed to eject and was killed.

This is the second su-24, which VCS lost during operations in Syria. The first case occurred in November 2015, when a Russian bomber was shot down by Turkish fighter. Pilot Oleg Peshkov managed to eject, but was shot from the ground by insurgents.
