Source: Penza, a man took two hostages
PENZA, 6 Oct. /TASS/. The man in the center of Penza took in hostages of two women, reported TASS a source in the emergency services of the region.
“According to preliminary information, the man in the center of Penza took three women. One of them managed to escape. Two women are being held hostage. The place of work, power structures OMON special forces”, — he said.
In Regardie TASS confirmed the fact of capture of hostages. “Information about the hostages did previously, we are not talking about the apartment and about a public place, the building is surrounded by police and Regardie, further information is specified”, — reported TASS the representative of Regardie in the region Denis Kostrukov.
