The Prosecutor of the city of Seversk in the Tomsk region has directed to court criminal case of causing bodily harm to a police officer. This was reported on the website of the regional Prosecutor’s office.
26-year-old resident, having a permanent source of income, want to find yourself in places of deprivation of liberty with a view to ensure proper living conditions and nutrition. On June 27 he came in the duty of the police. Towards his left a police officer in uniform, a man with the words “captain, it’s nothing personal” twice hit him in the face with his fist, and then ran a few steps up the stairs and jumped on him.
“As a result of the crime the victim had formed and torn-bruised wounds of the lower lip, which are considered as non-grave health injuries”, — told in Prosecutor’s office. Concerning the man criminal case as regards 2 articles 318 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Application of violence dangerous to health, against a representative of authority in connection with the performance of their official duties”).
The man was detained and admitted his guilt. Despite all aspirations of men, left him under house arrest.
