MOSCOW, 27 Sep — RIA Novosti. Charges from the USA to the Russian Federation about violations of the open skies Treaty are not new, Russia has counter-claims, said Russian Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
“The accusations are not new. What is now left in the public space, we heard from Americans before. The fact that we have a number of counter claims to the United States on several aspects of the execution of this agreement,” Ryabkov said to journalists.
He noted that there are a number of “open scenes”. “Penalties, not from the point of view that they are discussed in the public space, and from the point of view that they have not found their solution,” — said the Deputy Minister.
