Lukashenko praised Kadyrov at a meeting in Minsk

Meeting of President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko and the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov took place on Monday in Minsk at the Palace of Independence.

During the talks, Lukashenko stressed the contribution to the development of Kadyrov’s Chechen Republic and expressed the desire to work together to develop the economy of the Caucasus, according to radio Sputnik of Belarus.

“Well done, rose from the ruins, from the ashes of your piece of land. Instilled confidence in the people of the Chechen Republic. As far as I know they pay good and the current government of the Chechen Republic”, — said the Belarusian leader.

According to him, Chechnya is a very credible and promising region. Lukashenka expressed his desire to build a joint venture that will create high-tech products. Minsk would like to trade in the Republic, “not only in the South but in the North”.

Ramzan Kadyrov in turn said that in Chechnya for several years studying the Belarusian economy. In his opinion, today’s meeting with Lukashenko will be the impetus for the joint development of relations in economic, agricultural and industrial sector “not just in words but in deeds”.
