LUGA POLYGON /Leningrad region/, September 18. / TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has familiarised with a course of exercises “West-2017” on the ground Luga in the Leningrad region. Explanations to the head of state gave defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, who in particular told the President that the maneuvers of Russian troops is observed in, among others, 95 foreign participants from 50 countries.
