MOSCOW, September 18. /TASS/. Concern “Almaz-Antey” in the framework of obligations under the state defense order was transferred to the defense Ministry, this year’s first regimental kit anti-aircraft missile system s-400 “Triumph”, said Monday the press service of the concern.
