In the state Duma introduced a draft on the right of the CPS to make a test purchase
MOSCOW, 18 Sep — RIA Novosti. Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on introducing to the state Duma a bill according to which the CPS will be able to make test purchases of goods and services from individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, according to the website of the Cabinet.
“To amend the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the draft Federal law “On amending the Russian Federation law “On protection of consumer rights” and the Federal law “On sanitary-epidemiological welfare of population”, — stated in the message.
The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova was appointed the official representative of the government by consideration by chambers of Parliament of this bill.
It is reported that the bill provides for the use of the CPS test purchases at the Federal state supervision in the field of consumer protection and the Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
The CPS has proposed to amend relevant laws after the order of the President in April 2017. Test purchases of service will be governed by the law “On protection of rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs when exercising state control (supervision) and municipal control”. The concept of “control purchase” appeared in the Russian legislation about a year ago.
