The head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev happy birthday, thanking him for the realization of large projects in the Republic.
“Thanks to his direct involvement in Chechnya implemented large-scale projects of the Federal programme, allowed to develop the education, health, industry, construction, road network,” wrote Kadyrov in Instagram.
According to him, “Mr Medvedev has always supported us in solving the most difficult and important problems of socio-economic development”.
The head of Chechnya wished the Prime Minister “good health, happiness and success in implementing programs aimed at strengthening and development of our Fatherland.”
