The priority of the autumn session of the state Duma — the implementation of legislative support of the message of the President of the Russian Federation from 2016, said Duma speaker Vyacheslav Volodin.
“First of all — implementation of the legislative support of the President’s address. Dear colleagues, it is our priority… We are going to complete the legislative support in the autumn session. Then the message of the current year and tasks for next year. So no need for us to create debt problems that will accumulate,” said Volodin at the opening of the autumn session.
After the speech Volodin traditionally the national anthem was played, the Russian Federation, and the spring session was declared open.
