MOSCOW, 14 sen — news. The Commissioner for children’s rights in Moscow Ksenia Mironova sent a letter to the Duma Commission on ethics to assess the statements of the Deputy Igor Lebedev, the press service of the Ombudsman.
Earlier the state Secretary of the Central Bank Alexander Torshin has published on Twitter a video in which a little girl with no arms eat with his feet. In comments Lebedev asked the question, “why are these children allowed to be born, because it’s torture, not life,” noting that “modern medicine defines pathology in advance.”
After the girl’s mother commented on this statement, noting that she’s not worried about the words of the policy, and that near its entrance, I can not install a ramp for wheelchairs. Lebedev himself has promised to meet with the child’s mother on Friday to talk and help at her request to install a ramp near the entrance.
“Commissioner for the rights of the child in Moscow region Ksenia Mironova sent a letter to the Commission of state Duma on parliamentary ethics with the request to evaluate the statements of I. V. Lebedev at the meeting of the State Duma Commission on parliamentary ethics”, — stated in the message.
Mishonov, which quoted the press service noted that resent the fact that Lebedev allows itself to such statements, being a Deputy, “the chosen people, which aims to protect the rights and legitimate interests of all our citizens, regardless of their status, position and physical capability”.
“We are fighting for a full life of every child with disabilities, and it encourages you to kill children still in the womb, giving them no chance at life,” added the Ombudsman.
