On 29 September the government will submit to the state Duma a draft Federal budget. This is the budget that will be adopted before the presidential election. Today in the consultations with the Duma faction “United Russia” (ER) head of government Dmitry Medvedev promised to consider the proposals of the party, formulated in accordance with its pre-election program and priorities of the President. Mr Medvedev has listed all the important parameters of the electoral election of the country’s budget. According to Dmitry Medvedev, with the filing of the EP discussed the increase in funding of health, education, wage increases for state employees, the funding of the regions on the implementation of the may decrees of the President, to increase investment in the field of culture and tourism, agriculture, party project, which “received the support of the government and the President” — “Urban environment”.
Speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has expressed hope that the second reading of the deputies and the government will be able to agree on “issues of concern to the party”: the issues of the urban environment, especially in cities of constituent entities of the recipient to the development of agriculture, road construction and culture. “The meetings for the summer were spent by the deputies in the regions, saying that it is the concerns of the people,” he said. Committees of the state Duma has begun discussion of the individual parameters with the relevant ministries.
