The police found the place from which started a huge fire in the centre of Rostov-on-don, which destroyed dozens of homes. About it reported in a press-service of regional Department of the MIA of Russia.
“According to the expert, confirmed the carried-out investigative actions, and also seized video from surveillance cameras and cell phones of witnesses of the fire, set the fire, which was seven meters away from one of the houses”, — is spoken in the message.
It is reported that at the moment victims found 428 people. Identified and questioned more than 150 witnesses and eyewitnesses of incident.
The fire occurred in the afternoon of August 21 in the Chuvash alley of the city. Because of the strong wind the fire spread to several homes. All damage received 107 buildings, including 83 residential. The fire area reached ten thousand square meters. Help the doctors took 36 victims, eight people are hospitalized.
