The level of alcoholization of the population in the far East is about two times higher than the national average. This was in the context of the Eastern economic forum said the head of Ministry of health Veronika Skvortsova at the site.
“The level of alcoholism in the population of the Far East is twice the level of alcoholism in the whole of Russia”, — quotes the Minister RIA Novosti.
According to her, 70% of deaths before 35 years directly associated with increased alcohol concentration in the blood.
She noted that the Ministry of health has created a comprehensive program to improve the situation.
Earlier Skvortsova announced that it was considering the issue of increasing health financing in Russia.
