PESARO /Italy/, September 3. /TASS/. Two-time Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Anastasia Bliznyuk considers that all her teammates are unique athletes, who in a bitter struggle to win the world championship gold in Italian Pesaro. About this Bliznyuk told reporters.
On Saturday Russian national team on rhythmic gymnastics in the Olympic Champions Anastasia Bliznyuk Anastasia Tatarevo and Maria Tolkacheva, and debutante of the national team Evgenia Levanova, Ksenia Polyakova, Sophia buffoon won the world championship gold in the all-around. On the final day of competition the Russian team was not equal in group exercises with three balls and two jump ropes. In group exercises with five hoops, the Russians won the silver.
“In the beginning, when a lot of new girls gets a part, difficulties experienced, but quickly adapting, as they always support each other, — said Bliznyuk. Thank you girls, each of them is a miracle!”
“When we came second in the exercise with hoops, Irina Alexandrovna [Viner-Usmanova] gathered us and said, “Thank God. So it had to be. I am satisfied with your performance, with the wrap you did everything you could, and if it is good to understand that you had to take another place,” said two-time Olympic champion.
