Medvedev approved the free transportation for students orphans

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has informed that has approved the document on the right of free travel on public transport orphans studying full-time.

“I have approved in accordance with article 6 of the law on additional guarantees of the rights of orphans and children left without parental care, I mean, the government should adopt a special document on the procedure for use of urban, peri-and intra-transport in rural areas. It refers to a situation where the children are taught full-time basic educational programmes of education for the funds of different budgets,” — said Medvedev at a meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers.

“This law refers to the competence of the government. The government has defined the procedure of providing these individuals free transportation, now, this order becomes more clear. Pursuant to the acts of the government such decisions must also be taken at the management level of the Federation. In some cases they are taken, in some cases, no, you need to pay attention to those who is responsible for this”, — explained the meaning of the document adopted by the Prime Minister.
