TASS, August 31. Washington’s decision on the closure of the Russian Consulate General in San Francisco cannot be called a return to parity, Russia should achieve a symmetry in the exchange of “diplomatic niceties” with the United States. Such opinion on Thursday was expressed by the head of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Konstantin Kosachev.
