Maxim Oreshkin, who previously held the post of Deputy head of the Ministry of Finance, November 30, was appointed Minister of economic development of Russia. In this position, he was replaced by Alexei Ulyukayev, who, on 15 November, was placed under house arrest in connection with allegations of corruption.
