Belgian media reported the threat of terrorist attacks on the Christmas market in Brussels

The terrorist threat level in Belgium is maintained at a high level after a series of terrorist attacks in Brussels on 22 March this year. Two explosions happened at the airport of the Belgian capital near the stands of American Airlines. The same day another explosion occurred at the station of the Brussels metro “Maalbeek”. As a result of terrorist attacks killed 35 people, more than 300 were injured. The responsibility for the incident was assumed by the terrorist group “Islamic state” (IG, is prohibited in Russia).
