The security service of Ukraine explained the reasons for the abductions in the Crimea and the export of the Ukrainian territory of two Russian servicemen, reports RIA Novosti. As stated in the SBU, detained the Russian military had previously served in the Ukrainian army against them on the territory of Ukraine initiated a criminal case.
In the Russian defense Ministry reported that SBU 20 Nov kidnapped two Russian soldiers – warrant officer Maxim Odintsov and younger Sergeant of contract service of Alexander Baranov. Against them trying to fabricate a criminal case for alleged crimes against Ukraine.
As noted in the Russian defense Ministry, it is possible that detainees will receive psychological and physical pressure to obtain the “right” Kiev readings. The defense Ministry called the actions of the Ukrainian security services yet another grave provocation and demanded the immediate return of abductees to their homeland.
