Putin intends to visit China in may 2017

Russian President Vladimir Putin meeting with President of China XI Jinping said in may 2017 intends to visit China.

“You invited me to come in may to China for activities related to the implementation of your initiative silk road “one belt and one road… We looked at our schedules and will gladly take advantage of your invitation,” Putin said, referring to XI Jinping.

Speaking about the current state of Russian-Chinese cooperation, both leaders expressed the sense that the cooperation is developing successfully.

Putin recalled that at a recent meeting of the Prime Ministers of the two countries in Saint-Petersburg was signed on 25 intergovernmental documents that fleshed out the earlier reached agreements.

“Everything we do, we do for good reason, because we record the improvement in the dynamics of trade and economic relations”, — Putin said, noting that this is primarily related to the production of high degree of processing and high-tech industries.

“In all these areas we are moving forward, despite the difficulties, and we are very happy because it says that we are not working in idle and achieved the goals we had set,” stressed the Russian President.

In negotiations with the Russian side attended by the Minister of foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, the Minister for Far East development Alexander Galushka, Deputy economic development Minister Stanislav Voskresensky and head of RDIF Kirill Dmitriev, the head of “Gazprom” Alexey Miller and Chairman of the Board of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.
