MOSCOW, November 16. /TASS/. Former Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Marat Oganesyan arrested in a criminal case on the construction of a football stadium for the team “Zenit” on Krestovsky island.
As reported TASS the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia, during the investigation, investigators together with employees regional UFSB and the Webirc was an established fact of theft in 2014 monetary funds in the sum more than 50 million rubles at the conclusion of the General contractor, ZAO “IC “Transstroy” company “TDM” contract for the supply of screens for the stadium.
When establishing the scheme, which failed to commit theft, it is established that Marat Oganesyan, carrying out supervision of the construction of the stadium on Krestovsky island, provided the unlawful recruitment of joint stock company “TDM” as a subcontractor.
Subsequently he organized the transfer company advance in 50,48 million rubles, which were stolen through firms-a something ephemeral. In this case, said in the UK, the question obviously knew about the absence of the company’s intention to expend funds received for the supply of screens for the stadium.
In addition, the earlier result was already established involvement in the Commission of a crime of Alexander Aniko — former first Deputy Chairman of the construction Committee of St. Petersburg administration, who signed the documents for the transfer of advance payments and Grigory Popov, exercising real leadership of the joint stock company “TDM”.
