The Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev believes that the victory of Donald trump on the US presidential election provides a chance to improve relations with Washington and the lifting of economic sanctions, but it all depends on how both parties take advantage of this opportunity. He declared it in published on Friday an interview with the newspaper Die Welt.
