MOSCOW, November 1. /TASS/. The budget process should consider all aspects, not just the interests of individual subjects of the Russian Federation. This was reported to journalists the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov, answering the request of journalists to comment on criticism of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to the proposals of the Ministry of Finance on the reduction of the budget of the Republic in 2017.
