The Russians will have a rest from 4 to 6 November in connection with the celebration of national unity Day, which this year falls on a Saturday. On Tuesday, October 3, reported on the website of the Federal service for labour and employment (Rostrud).
The duration of the working day on Friday, November 3, reduced by one hour, said the Agency.
Earlier in September, was approved the schedule of holidays for the year 2018. The following year, the national unity Day falls on a Sunday, so the weekend announced 3, 4 and 5 November.
National unity day celebrated in Russia on 4 November since 2005. The history of the holiday connected with the victory of the people’s militia over the poles in 1612, when Kuzma Minin and Dmitry Pozharsky were taken to China town and liberated the Kremlin.
