Named favourite transport of the Russian travelers
The majority of Russian tourists to travel long distances (over 500 kilometers) choose the transport. About it the correspondent “Tapes.ru” said the experts of Turservis “tutu.ru”, which conducted a survey of over three thousand travelers.
Three percent of respondents said that prefer to travel by bus and bike, as many respondents combine different modes of transport.
The least popular form of travel was water transport, the answer chosen only one percent of the respondents.
At the end of September, it was reported that the most popular tourist destination city in the world was Bangkok. According to MasterCard, in 2016 the city was visited by almost 20 million tourists.
