18 September the media announced the detention a drunken servant of the Church. The man moved through the streets of the city on the cars and was swerving from side to side. He introduced the inspectors priest Darius John tried to resist, so the patrol had to handcuff him. The author of the video said that the priest tried to solve the issue with money, but was refused.
