Against the staged on-road riot priest in Surgut opened a criminal case

In relation to a resident of Surgut, which police stopped on September 17 for driving in an alcohol intoxication, a criminal case, as he had previously subjected to administrative punishment for the same offense. This was reported on the website of the Moi of Russia for the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district.

Against the driver of the Nissan 1979 year of birth was drawn up administrative protocols части1 article 19.3 of the administrative code “disobedience to the lawful order of a police officer”, part 2 of article 12.3 of the administrative code of the Russian Federation “driving a vehicle driver who is not in possession of the documents provided by traffic regulations” and article 12.6 of the administrative code “Violation of rules of application of seat belts or motorcycle helmets”.

The offender has imposed two fines of one thousand rubles fine 500 rubles, respectively.

Due to the fact that the citizen was subjected to administrative punishment for a similar offence, to a penalty of 30 thousand rubles with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for a period of 1.5 years, a criminal case was initiated under article 264.1 of the criminal code “Violation of traffic rules by a person subjected to administrative punishment.” The sanction of article prescribes punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term up to two years.

18 September the media announced the detention a drunken servant of the Church. The man moved through the streets of the city on the cars and was swerving from side to side. He introduced the inspectors priest Darius John tried to resist, so the patrol had to handcuff him. The author of the video said that the priest tried to solve the issue with money, but was refused.
