15-year-old boy driving a motorcycle died in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district after colliding with an SUV driven by a police officer. On Saturday, September 30, reported on the website of the regional investigative management of SK of Russia.
It is clarified that the accident occurred on 29 September about 16 hours in Peregrebnoe the village of Oktyabrsky district. Accident happened to participation of the car of UAZ, at the wheel which was the employee of traffic police. As a result of collision of minors died.
The report notes that in relation to police initiated a criminal case under part 3 of article 264 of the criminal code (“Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, entailed on imprudence death of the person”). The complex of investigative actions aimed at establishing the circumstances and causes of accidents. In particular, it turns out, was whether the inspector was drunk at the time of the incident.
On the website SUCK published photos from the scene. They show that after the collision, the motorcycle caught fire,causing forces were involved firefighters. UAZ received minor injuries.
