An immigrant from Ghana Eric H., raped a German citizen in front of her a young man branded his victim as a “prostitute”. It is reported by Bild.
The incident occurred in April of this year. 26-year-old boy and his 23-year-old girl decided to get out into nature. Suddenly, the tent where they remained for the night, raided 31-year-old refugee from Ghana with an axe. He took the couple six euros and Boombox. This seemed not enough for him, he grabbed her and raped her, forcing her boyfriend to watch.
The victims went to the police, where they made a sketch of the suspect. A few days later he was arrested. A DNA test showed that he had sexual contact with the girl.
At trial, Eric chose not to be silent, adhering to the line of conduct which he advised the lawyer, and publicly stated that raped is a prostitute. The arguments he lead was not, but only described “everyone who helps her in lies”, “dirty pigs”.
Then Erik began to tell about his life in Ghana and mentioned that his father owned several plantations of cocoa and lived in this country, as king. “In Ghana, the king may be as many women as he wants, if he will take care of them,” said the rapist.
