Businessman Sergei Mikhailov filed a new lawsuit on protection of honor and dignity to the oppositionist Alexei Navalny and the Fund of struggle against corruption (FBK) because of an article about the nominal hours of the President. On Monday, September 11, reported the press Secretary of the Lublin court of Moscow Lyudmila Morozova, reports “Interfax”.
According to her, Mikhailov asks to recognize untrue the information spread on August 8 on the website navalny.com in the article “still gave Putin watch Sergei Mikhailov, the head of Solntsevo criminal group”. The businessman demands to oblige the defendants to remove the article within a week.
At the same time, said Morozov, the plaintiff has no financial claims against Navalny and the FCO. He only insists on compensation of legal costs and notary costs 300 and 16 300 rubles, respectively.
The press Secretary noted that pre-trial preparation on the case is scheduled for September 21.
On 7 August, the Lublin court rejected the claim Mikhailov to recognize false and defamatory statement Navalny that he is a crime boss and the leader of the Solntsevo nicknamed Mikhas. The entrepreneur was submitted in mid-June. He demanded to collect from the opposition of 500 thousand rubles.
