Striker of real Madrid and Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo sleeping for five times a day. This was told by the doctor, an expert on healthy sleep Nick Littlehales. His words are quoted by The Independent.
“Ronaldo is not interested in all sorts of fancy diets, it is also not interested in copying others. The only thing that worries him – if it helps the technique to him?” said Littlehales.
According to him, all his clients, including Ronaldo, sleep five times a day for half an hour on the bare sheets. A half hour before a night’s sleep Ronaldo turns off the TV and stops to watch the screens, the blue radiation which excites the brain and prevents to relax.
Littlehales worked with the Portuguese at Real Madrid, at the invitation of former coach of real Madrid Carlo Ancelotti.
