The head of the Main investigative Department of the investigative Committee of Russia (SKR) across Moscow the General-the major of justice Alexander Drymanov was detained. On Monday, September 4, “the Tape.ru” has informed the official representative of the Moscow dome RCDS Julia Ivanova.
“Currently, the Main investigation Department of the investigative activities are not carried out. Operational staff of the Main Department under the leadership of Alexander Drymanov works in a regular mode”, — said Ivanov.
From other comments she refrained.
However, the law enforcement source said “the Tape.ru”, Timanov was questioned as a witness in the case, Denis Nikandrov. “It is his immediate supervisor, so there is nothing extraordinary in such questioning is not” — said the source edition. He also denied the information that in nikandrova there are new suspects.
“Currently, the number of defendants in a criminal case has not changed,” — said the source. However, he noted that if the head of the investigative authority will recognize the suspect or accused in a criminal case, it was excluded from work. In this case it did not happen.
At the same time the source “Tape.ru” has confirmed that on 1 September the building of the capital Department of the TFR in Silver lane, and at the weekend in the apartment and dacha Drymanov investigation is conducted.
Earlier on 4 September a number of media, in particular the Agency “Moscow” said that [he testified at his immediate superior Alexander Drymanov, and he became a suspect in this case.
Denis Nikandrov together with the former head of Management of own safety of the RCDS Mikhail Maksimenko and his Deputy by Lamonova are defendants in the bribery case. Thus a key figure in the case — a thief in law Shakro Young.
According to investigators, the defendants received 500 thousand euros from crime boss for the release from prison of his assistant Andrei Kochanova nicknamed the Italian, who was arrested after a shootout at the Elements restaurant on Rochdelskaya street in Moscow.
