Moscow called on the US to change their mind and return objects of the Russian Embassy
USA must immediately change their mind and return seized buildings of the Russian diplomatic mission said in an official statement the Russian foreign Ministry.
The Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia in a special statement urged the us authorities to change their mind and immediately return the captured diplomatic facilities.
“This outrageous step is in line with the actual expropriation in December last year, the Russian-owned country diplomatic residential complexes near Washington and new York. In the occupied buildings now host the US intelligence services with the support of the armed police,” — said in a statement.
The foreign Ministry accused the United States to seize the building of the General Consulate of Russia in San Francisco and sales offices in Washington, “which are in the Russian property and have diplomatic immunity”, and also in the closure of access in the trade mission in new York.
Full responsibility for the “continued degradation” of relations between Russia and the United States foreign Minister has laid on the American side. It was noted that these relations “depends largely on the state of global stability and international security.”
