MOSCOW, September 2. /TASS/. Russian fighter su-30CM 4-th red banner army, air force and air defense of the southern military district this year, about 120 times accompanied reconnaissance flights near the southern borders of the Russian Federation. This was reported by TASS, the commander of the army Lieutenant-General Victor Sevostyanov.
