Terrorists in Syria used the humanitarian pause, which operated in the Syrian city of Aleppo from 20 to 23 October, to regroup. This was stated at a briefing on Thursday, 3 November, the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, RIA Novosti reported.

“They joined the arsenals, then tried to break through the defense of the Syrian government forces, taking from 28 to 30 October a major offensive on Western Aleppo,” said a senior diplomat.
Zakharova added that currently the city has six of humanitarian corridors.
