November 25, Ukraine adopted a decision to hold rocket fire in the sovereign airspace of the Russian Federation in the area of Crimea, where flights of civil aviation.
The Federal air transport Agency said that such actions of the Ukrainian side violates the requirements of Annexes 11 and 15 to the Convention on international civil aviation.
