MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Russia appreciates the commitment of the International Committee of the red cross (ICRC) international law and objective nature of its work. On Wednesday said Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a meeting with ICRC President Peter Maurer.
