“We propose on the basis of the Ministry of economic development, knowing the more recent upheavals associated with the Ministry, maybe it makes sense to repurpose as a new Roplan, where two-thirds of the departments would be engaged in intersectoral, inter-regional, dynamic, balance control,” — said the Deputy.
He added that the law on strategic planning. previously adopted, provides for the creation of a body “responsible for coordinating and conducting strategic planning”. In his opinion, that such a body could be created based on the MAYOR of Resplan.
Siluanov said that the Ministry and is now on strategic planning, concluding that “maybe, just this part should be strengthened”.
