Chinese astronauts returned to Earth
Moscow. 18 Nov. INTERFAX.RU — Reentry capsule of manned Chinese spacecraft “Shenzhou-11” with two astronauts on Board on Friday landed in the Autonomous region of Inner Mongolia, China, reported Chinese media.
Astronauts on Board the ship and orbiting lab “Tango-2” held a record for China, time in outer space — day 33.
The ship was launched on October 17 and October 19 docked with the space lab.
In mid-September, China with the help of the carrier rocket “Changzheng 2F” launched the second visited orbital module “Tiangong-2”. This is another step in creating a multi-module space station. It is planned that it should start to work by 2022.
Its first manned spacecraft “Shenzhou-5” — China first launched in 2003. Visited first spacecraft class space station “Tiangong-1” was launched in September 2011. It was visited by two manned spacecraft, the astronauts stayed there for 10 and 15 days. At the end of March 2016, “Tiangong-1” has completely stopped their work.
