The head of the MAYOR Alexei Ulyukayev, who is currently in the Basmanny district court of the capital elected a preventive measure, may be hiding from the investigation. About that today at the hearing, said the investigator of the Investigative Committee, lead in respect of the Minister’s investigation.
“He has a passport, he is often on business trips abroad. In particular, today he was supposed to travel to Cuba and Peru,” the investigator said in the Basmanny court.
In connection with this health condition, according to the investigator, explicitly allows the officer to be under house arrest. Otherwise, he would not tend to go far.

For a bribe the official promised to give a positive conclusion and flattering to evaluate the acquisition of the Rosneft state stake in another oil company “Bashneft”.
“Thus, the defendant voiced threats that are capable of using their authority to create further obstacles for the activities of the company”, — said the representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
The SC said that to detain the Minister failed thanks to the timely appeal of representatives of “Rosneft” in law enforcement. Then in respect of the Minister was held specifically technical measures (wiretapping, reading mail, etc.). As a result, 14 November, when receiving a bribe in the amount of two million dollars, the Minister Ulyukayev was caught red-handed.
