For the second time that day, the court in the Chuvash Republic fined the local activist of the “Open Russia” Dmitry Semenov for a thousand rubles for the repost pictures of the state Duma Deputy Vitaly Milonov in a t-shirt with the slogan extremist. This was reported in his Twitter activist Olga Borisova.

Earlier Wednesday it was reported that Semenov was fined a thousand rubles under article 20.29 of the administrative code (“Production and dissemination of extremist materials”).
